Vietnam

Potato Yield Restoration

Challenge: A major potato supplier to a global company's snack division in Đà Lạt faced declining yields and rising fertiliser costs after years of intensive cultivation.
Approach: We introduced PEATGEL liquid organic concentrate through drip irrigation and seed treatment over one growing season.
Outcome: The farm achieved a 28% yield increase, reduced mineral fertiliser costs by 40%, restored soil pH from 5.1 to 6.3, and obtained organic certification.

Armenia

Poultry Manure Management

Challenge: A large-scale poultry operation with 200,000+ birds faced 15+ tonnes of daily litter, persistent odour complaints, and a 3–6 month composting cycle.
Approach: We deployed PEATGEL+ organic enzyme formulation directly on fresh manure.
Outcome: Odour neutralised in 30 minutes, 99.9% pathogens eliminated in 4 hours, composting reduced to 24 hours, and a new revenue stream from fertiliser sales was created.

Belarus

Broiler Productivity Enhancement

Challenge: A commercial broiler operation (50,000 birds/cycle) faced 8–10% mortality and inconsistent weight gain.
Approach: We introduced PEATGEL-FEED natural feed additive based on humic compounds and plant extracts.
Outcome: Mortality dropped to 3.2%, daily weight gain increased by 14%, feed conversion improved from 1.85 to 1.68, antibiotic use fell by 70%, and net profit rose by 22% per cycle.

Kazakhstan

Soil Rehabilitation

Challenge: A large-scale grain producer had abandoned 300+ hectares due to erosion, salinity, and organic matter depletion.
Approach: We deployed the EcoGreenTech protocol — PEATGEL soil conditioner, organic amendments, and re-vegetation planning over two seasons.
Outcome: Land restored in 12 months, maize yield reached 2.8 t/ha (from zero), soil organic matter rose from 0.8% to 2.4%, water retention improved by 35%, payback period 18 months.

Georgia

Manure-to-Fertiliser for Mixed Farms

Challenge: Cattle and pig farms across the region faced mounting manure accumulation and environmental compliance pressure.
Approach: We introduced PEATGEL+ for rapid neutralisation and conversion of animal waste.
Outcome: Ammonia emissions reduced by 70%, composting time dropped from 4–6 months to 24 hours, organic fertiliser sold to local horticulture farms, full environmental compliance achieved.

Russia

Yield Stabilisation for Grain Crops

Challenge: Wheat and barley producers struggled with unstable yields due to recurrent drought and soil depletion.
Approach: We supplied PEATGEL-DRY granulated organic complex applied at sowing and during vegetative growth.
